I am a Corporate Coach& Trainer specializing in Leadership Effectiveness, Influence and Stakeholder Management. I enable formal and informal leaders to get more from their teams, influence key stakeholders, develop an executive presence and a strategic mindset. I provide Corporations with bespoke services, including 1×1 coaching, group coaching and speaking engagements. I am certified through the International Coach Federation (ICF) with 3000+ hours of experience. I am an eligible Mentor Coach, holding a Mentor Coach Specialization, and I provide individual and group mentoring to those seeking to obtain or renew an ACC, PCC or MCC credential with the ICF. My coaching has been deeply informed by 12 years in leadership roles in fast-pacing and competitive environments like General Electric and PWC. I have deeply enjoyed working with people from all ethnicities and backgrounds. I hold Bachelors and Masters degrees in Finance from the LUISS university of Rome. I have lived and worked in Italy, US, Germany, UK and currently based in Austria.
