In order to look deeper into the new core competencies ICF model, ICF Austria is inviting you to the series of demo mentoring.

Each mentoring will follow the workshop on the new core competencies and will keep the topic of the workshop as a focus for the mentoring.

Kim Leischner, is an ICF Master Certified Coach, an NLP Master Practitioner and Systemic Constellation Practitioner.

She is an ICF Certified Mentor and Assessor. Over the past 15 years, Kim has accrued more than 20,000 hours of experience training ICF vetted coaching programs online and around the world. She also has more than 1500 hours of coach mentoring experience.

She loves all aspects of coaching as it provides a path for lifelong learning and evolution. Her passion is working with people in a way that evokes the inner shifts that connect people to their highest potential.

This mentoring will be provided on the basis of live Demo Session, therefore no preparation is needed.

In focus are 6th and 7th competencies: “Listens Actively” and “Evokes Awareness”.
