Continuous professional development is one of the strengths of the ICF coaches and mentoring is a great support on this way.

In order to look deeper into the new core competencies ICF model, ICF Austria is inviting you to the series of demo mentoring.

Each mentoring will follow the workshop on the new core competencies and will keep the topic of the workshop as a focus for the mentoring.

Irina Strelnikova (PCC, Member of ICF Ukraine, Systemic Team Coach, Mentor, Trainer and Co-author of educational programs at CoachingUP International University of Coaching Development). She is a student of Tim Gallwey, David Peterson, David Goldsmith, Peter Hawkins, David Clutterbuck, Fred Kofman, Jean-Francois Cousin, Elena Espinal and many other honorable teachers and mentors.

“My personal take on this competence is: Learn to deeply trust and respect yourself first and this will enable you to trust and respect others deeply. Partner with yourself first – and you will be able to create much stronger partnerships with others”.

Having 850+ hours of individual and team coaching practice, gained also in cooperation with BetterUp and MoovOne, as well as 100+ hours of mentor-coaching practice, she will be happy to share her view on the ICF Core Competencies with focus on Competency 4 “Cultivates Trust and Safety”
