Coaching is just one of the tools under my belt. I enjoy most working with people who reached a place in their lives when they have realized that the way are handling their work and life does not produce the results they want and they are out of their wit. Stuck.
I enable my clients to look beyond their habitual ways of dealing with issues and to ‘clean up’ mentally so that they can reconnect with their feelings and intuitive knowledge and transform conflicts and problems into opportunities for connection and growth.
I do this with the help of adult development coaching (Robert Kegan, Jennifer Garvey Berger) but also other methods, including Rapid Transformational Coaching (based on Marisa Peer), complexity informed approaches (Theo Dawson, Dave Snowden), and neuro-coaching and systemic constellation work (based on Jana Thann). I am certified in several leadership development assessments including The Leadership Circle 360° profile and the Lectical Decision Making Assessment of complexity of decision-making. I particularly enjoy working with women.
