I’m a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the ICF with 12 years of real-world leadership experience at GE, PwC, and UBS. I’ve partnered with leaders in Pharma, Tech, Finance, and Media Entertainment to navigate the corporate politics with integrity and authenticity.Educationally, I am rooted in Business Administration, holding a Master’s Degree in General Management from the LUISS business university of Rome. 

I have dedicated 2500+ hours to individual coaching and delivered about 80 days of leadership training, focusing on team management strategies, relationships challenges in the workplace, communication, presentation and negotiation skills, self-confidence and wellbeing. As a Hogan certified coach, I am qualified to interpret and apply Hogan personality assessments.
