Zerrin Baser is a medical doctor, ICF MCC, Erickson Coaching International Senior Trainer – Transformational and Executive Coach and owner of Denge Merkezi Consultancy Co. which represents Erickson Coaching International in Turkiye.

Dr Baser has an impressive breadth of professional experience in health policy and project management before focusing on her own business as a trainer, coach and mentor in new human technologies. She has sought answers to many questions about the bio-psycho-socio-cultural development of the human being.

Along the way she has studied with many teachers on different aspects of human growth and development. She also developed the ICF accredited advanced programme ‘Evolutionary Coaching’ to work with shadows in a solution focused way. She has given many workshops on human growth and transformation based on developmental maps.

Dr Baser has over ten thousand hours of coaching experience, most of which is in executive, team and business coaching. She actively works with organisations to develop their next generation of leaders.

She is proud to be in the service of human and organisational development and progress. Her deep motivation comes from witnessing the positive change in people and organisations. She is the co-author of a book called ‘New Human’ and is about to publish a book on coaching. She is married and lives in Turkiye, Ankara, Bodrum and Istanbul.
