Dr. Judith Girschik is an internationally renowned business coach based in Vienna, Austria. She supports managers, directors, board members, and entrepreneurs in the development of their leadership roles as well as their professional and personal growth. Judith currently holds the position of Managing Director at LSS Leadership Services GmbH. She is the President of the ICF Austria Chapter and has also served as Vice-President of the European Club for Excellence in Leadership and Management (EULEAD). She is also an experienced business mediator, registered with the Austrian Ministry of Justice since 2014.
Judith has more than 20 years of consulting and leadership experience in international companies. She began her career as a Management Consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Vienna. After that, she gained 15 years of experience in management positions in marketing, sales, and business development of international corporations, including as Managing Director of a leading software company in the entertainment industry.
Her work focus as a coach is on individual coaching and training for managers and entrepreneurs, offering individualized personality assessments. Based in Vienna, Austria she works with clients from all around the world in both German and English.
