She support leaders, diplomats, managers and individuals in their professional and personal transformation and self realisation journey. She supports teams to ensure effective communication & intercultural approach, inclusiveness, and navigating challenges and change in difficult tiems.
She holds master’s degree in cosial and economic science, ICF credential PCC, WIFI ISO Certified Business Coach, and she is a member of Management Conultants & Coach Pool of the Vienna Chamber of Commerce. She integrated many aspect of positive psychology & well-being, (as she completed The Schience of Well-Being Program – University of Yale, Norbekov Methods Courses for healthy-happy-successful life) as well as neuroscience and mindfulness into her practise. She works system-, solution- and resource oriented with considerin of intercultural aspects.
She is a proud mother, public speaker & facilitator and passionate about Argentinian Tango and exploration of new cultures and countries. Her native language is Turkisch and she speaks fluently English, German, Russian, Bulgarian along with basic Italian and French.
