This is the searchable directory of coach training programs accredited by ICF. ICF accredited training has gone through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics.
A start to finish coach training program, the ACTP includes comprehensive instruction around the ICF Core Competencies, Code of Ethics and the ICF definition of coaching.
The ACTP also includes Mentor Coaching, observed coaching sessions and a comprehensive final exam that evaluates a student’s coaching competency. Graduates of an ACTP may apply for an individual ICF Credential using the ACTP path.
ACSTH programs are approved on an hour-by-hour basis and may OR may not be a full coach-training program depending on the number of student contact hours.
If all the required training hours have been completed through an ACSTH program, the appropriate credential must be applied for using the ACSTH path. If any of the training was not through an ACSTH path then the Portfolio path must be used.
Continuing Coach Education (CCE) programs are intended as supplemental training for those wishing to acquire additional learning and/or those who are renewing their ICF Credential.
