This short workshop in presence will offer an experiential and conversational exploration into the power and effectiveness of applying an embodied and somatic approach to coaching. We will work with some practices and reference some of the science. Working with the body can reveal patterns clearly and facilitate change in a meaningful and sustaining way. Research has shown that engaging the body along with the mind makes coaching more effective. Sometimes the mind cannot change the mind, especially when under pressure, but the body can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paul King is the co-founder of The Beyond Partnership. He has been working as a coach and consultant for more than 35 years and is particularly known for his work with the body-mind and integral approaches. He delivers workshops to leaders and others across Europe and coaches and supervises online worldwide. Paul was the first person in Europe certified to teach Wendy Palmer\u2019s Leadership Embodiment work. He has also trained in other embodiment and somatic approaches alongside neuroscience and polyvagal theory. He is a Master Practitioner and certified trainer in NLP and is certified in Spiral Dynamics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
