The updated Core Competencies will be integrated in ICF-Accredited Coach Training Programs curricula beginning in January 2021. Then, updated Credentialing assessments reflecting the revised Core Competencies will launch in the second half of 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This workshop will focus on the thirth ICF Compentency &#8220;Establishes and Maintains Agreements&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B. Co-Creating the Relationship<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Establishes and Maintains Agreements<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Definition: Partners with the client and relevant stakeholders to create clear agreements about the coaching relationship, process, plans and goals. Establishes agreements for the overall coaching engagement as well as those for each coaching session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Co-Create the Coaching Container<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some simple changes to our coaching enable us to get to the heart of the matter more quickly so that our clients gain new insights that will move them forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mastery in coaching, according to ICF, is simple and deep. It starts with establishing and maintaining the coaching agreement.
